When families move or simply grow out of their backyard playset or playground, it can be difficult to know what to do with it. So much money and joy were put into it, it seems senseless to just have someone take it down and throw it away. And it can be costly to have that done! At Play It Forward we take care of every step at no cost to the donor or the recipient. After a donor contacts us, a team will come by to disassemble the donated backyard playground or playset, transport it to the new home, and assemble the playset for the next family in line (we have a long waitlist!). If you are donor, we provide waivers and letters to make the donation tax deductible. We're also happy to send photos in its new home if interested!
